Are you looking for an example how to stay fit when you have toddlers or baby's around? Well, what I always try to do is to combine playing with my toddler while having my own fit recipe as well.
My most common workout with my boo is: I start with running (together with him) as a warming up, followed by squats, lunges, abs and push ups. To get a good workout with weights, I hold or carry him (almost 15kg) while doing all these exercises. Usually I do everything 15 or 20 times (3 repeats). For me this works great & he loves it! You should definitely try it!
