Returns & exchanges
You have the right to cancel your order up to 25 days after receipt without giving any reason. However we do always ask you after the reason, as with this information we can always improve our products & customer service. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. Please inform us so that you can arrange a pick up with DHL Express or Post NL.
Make sure that the product with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned. To exercise this right please contact us at email@example.com and complete this form. We will then refund the due amount of the order within 5 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
As customer service is our priority we always strive to find the best solution with you for returns & exchanges.
STELLASSTYLE reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a production and quality check. If deemed faulty by a STELLASSTYLE's replacement item will be shipped where possible subject to stock availability or a credit note issued. A response for faulty claims will be received within 48 hours of the garments arrival at STELLASSTYLE.
a) STELLASSTYLE will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery.
b) Customers will be responsible for the return shipping.
c) Please make sure always to have a postage receipt when returning items
d) In the event that your product is lost in transit (with a return), STELLASSTYLE will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns via Register Post.
f) We ask that you allow 10 business days from the day your return your package for your account to be credited.
Orders can not be cancelled or amended once placed and you have received your order confirmation. Please follow the returns and exchange process if you wish to make changes to your order.
