Workout Wednesday training

As you know I'm working out a lot. I follow groupclasses such as fat attack, bootcamp, steps, boxing, crossfit, reforming pilates and also personal training. Moreover I dance 2hrs a week as well. Below video is one of my personal training workout with personal trainer Alfred Asante from BodyPT in the Netherlands.

The gym at which I worked out most of the time in in the Netherlands is Health City (HC) Premium Amstelveen (before it was Special Sports), but I frequently did try-outs at other gyms as well. Somehow I prefered HC Premium best, they have the best classes, best teachers, a swimming pool and for a fit mom very relevant a day care! So I can bring my toddler with me! Unfortunately non of the gyms here in the Netherlands (Amsterdam) can be compared with the ones in LA. In LA my most fav gym is Equinox in Beverly Hills (& believe me I tried them all over there:))... Also I follow Pilates Reforming at Carrie Pilates in WeHo, man how I really love that place! For streetdance classes I go to Millennium Dance Complex and for Samba I go to IDA Hollywood.
