During my pregnancy I gained 22kg, 5 months later I still need to get rid of only 4kg...Almost back in shape! Working out 4 times a week, so who says you can't go to the gym frequently when you're a new mom.

Most of the time I just take my baby with me to the gym, fortunately Health City Premium offers babycare therefore I can still join my fave classes (bootcamp, steps, boksing, booty builder, crossfit and fat attack).
On Wednesdays my baby joins me as well during personal training at Body PT. My little man just loves being in the gym as well. So the bottom line is that there are no excuses to skip the gym as a new mom!
